We currently only deliver within Japan.
Delivery to certain remote islands or areas may not be possible.
Delivery Methods
We use Yamato Transport for the delivery of our products.
If you have any specific delivery date/time preferences or changes to the delivery address, please inform us when placing your order.
Delivery Charges
Free delivery is available for orders above a certain total amount. Please check the product page for details.
Delivery charges will apply and are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will cover the shipping costs if the product is damaged or if the wrong product is delivered.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days after receiving your order. Please note that some products may require additional time for delivery.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can track your delivery.
